Rinse the rice thoroughly under running water.

Add 2 parts water to 1 part rice in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to the lowest heat and let it absorb. Continue with the recipe afterward.

120 gs Bell Pepper
½ pcs Zucchini
5 gs Ginger

Slice the zucchini, dice the bell pepper, finely chop the ginger, and cut the smoked tofu into cubes.

Step - 4

1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Five minutes before the rice is ready, heat sesame oil in a pan. Fry the tofu cubes until browned.
