Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl with a fork.

50 gs Oat flakes
200 mls Almond milk
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Add the oats, almond milk, and cocoa powder to a pot and heat while stirring until creamy.

Add peanut butter, banana, and salt, then mix well.

Step - 4

200 gs Yogurt
1 pinch Cinnamon

Serve with yogurt and optionally sprinkle with cinnamon.
