Add the low-fat quark, milk and linseed and stir together.
30 gs Raisins
2 teaspoons Chopped almonds
1 pinch Cinnamon
Mix the rolled oats, raisins and apple together, garnish with chopped almonds and cinnamon.
Leave to rest or leave to infuse overnight in the fridge.
